Led by renowned voice trainer Chris Nolan, Glee East get together every Thursday evening at Camberwell Central Bowls Club.

We work in short seasons towards a performance. There are no auditions for Glee East – just a willingness to do a bit of practice! It’s no drama if you miss a week or two – we understand that we all live busy lives and so we stream and record the sessions and give you lots of resources so you can sing at home and catch up.

We love to accept new singers to come and give it go at the beginning of each season. Numbers are strictly limited each season – we want our choirs to stay personal and not too huge!

And we love to bring the fun to choir rehearsals – we don’t have tea break, we have wine time!

Season 4 is open for registrations!

Here are all the details:

Dates: October 8 – December 3
Rehearsals: Thursdays 7:15 – 9:15 at Camberwell Central Bowls Club
Performances:
Peninsula With Glee – Saturday December 5
Grace Park Carols at Hawthorn Arts Centre – Sunday December 13 approx 4pm

Cost: $315 with a 10% discount if you’re in one of our other regular choirs. 20% discount available for pensioners and health care card holders. Afterpay available.

9am pickup at Camberwell Central Bowls Club
Stop #1 – Red Hill Christmas Market – performance and time for a wander
Stop #2 – Cocoa Rouge Chocolaterie – your choice of chocolate tasting/wine tasting/coffee or icecream
Stop #3 – T’Gallant vineyard – performance and lunch with a glass of wine
Stop #4 – Arthur’s Seat Gondola – performance and gondola ride

Want to try Glee East out first before committing? No worries! Just choose the give it a go option on the registration form and you can come along to the first session for just $22 before deciding if you’d like to go ahead for the whole season.
